Invitation method: Get Document Link

Invite recipients to sign a document using your personal email

If you wish to send the document link (from where a recipient click to sign their documents) directly from your regular email client, you can collect the document link (from Simple Sign.

This is particularly useful if you wish to be more personal when inviting your recipients to sign your documents.

This is how it works:

  1. Activate the "Get Link" Add-On

    2. This gives you an additional option when sending your next document.

     

    3. When sending a document using 'Get link' option in 'Invitation through' you will see a popup to copy the document link. One link for each participant.

    Copy this links and paste them inside the email message of your choice.
