How to Reset Your Password

If you have forgotten your password, follow these steps to reset it:

1. Go to the Simple Sign website and click "Login."
2. Click on the "Forgot Password?" link in blue text at the top right of the password field.

 

You will be redirected to a password recovery page:

• Enter the email associated with your Simple Sign account and click "Recover."

A password reset email will be sent to you automatically. Follow the instructions in the email to create a new password.
