How to Download a PDF Copy of a Document

You can download a copy of your documents in SimpleSign by following these steps

  1. Go to Documents – In the top middle menu bar, select Documents.

  2. Select the Contract – Find and click the contract you want to download.

  3. Open the Options Menu – Click the three-dot menu (⋮) in the top right corner of the sidebar.

  4. Download the PDF – Click the PDF button to download the contract to your device.

Tip: If you download a contract that has not yet been signed, Simple Sign will automatically add an extra page so that you and your recipient can print and sign the document manually.
