How to delete documents in SimpleSign

Deleting Documents in SimpleSign:

Unsigned documents will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. Make sure you no longer need them before deleting.

Signed documents will not be permanently deleted. They will be moved to the Trash folder

Steps to delete a document that are unsigned:

  1. Go to the Documents section.
  2. Select the document you want to delete.
  3. A  preview will appear on the right side. 
  4. Click the more option button (⋮) in the top-right corner.
  5. Select Delete Permanently to remove the document.

 
 

Steps to delete a signed Document:

  1. Go to the Documents section.
  2. Select the document you want to delete.
  3. A  preview will appear on the right side. 
  4. Click the more option button (⋮) in the top-right corner.
  5. Select move to trash to remove the document.
 

 

How to find your deleted signed documents:

  • To view deleted documents in the Trash, go to the Documents section and click the more option button (⋮) in the top-right corner.
  • Select Trash, and your deleted signed documents will be displayed.
