How to Analyze Contract Data with Data View

The Data View provides a visual summary of your contracts through circle and bar charts. This feature is accessible within Contract Control.

• Navigate to Contract Control
  

Go to the top navigation bar and select Contract Cards.

• Open Data View
  

In the upper-right corner, click on the circle chart icon next to the Add Contract Control button. When you hover over it, it will display Data View.

• Explore the Subsections

Once opened, Data View includes three sections:

• Overview – Displays a general summary of your contracts.
• Cost – Shows aggregated cost data linked to your agreements.
• Revenue – Provides insight into revenue-related contract data.

Use these views to monitor and analyze your contract portfolio more effectively.
