# Download a Copy

## How to download your sent or signed contracts

You can easily download a copy of all your contracts in Simple Sign. This article will walk you through this process.

1\. Go to "Documents" in the middle menu bar.

2\. Find and click on the "Status" icon for the contract that you want to download

3\) This will open a sidebar. Click on the **'PDF'** symbol and your contract will be downloaded.

*Tips: If you download a contract that is not yet signed, Simple Sign will then automatically add an extra page so that you and your recipient can print and sign that document with pen and paper.*
