# Copy Document Link

## Collect the document link and resend a document from your Inbox

If you have sent a document to a recipient and afterwards wish to resend that same document but this time from your regular email client.   
​  
This is how you do it:   
​  
​**1. Go to "Documents"**  
​*Click on the document row you wish to collect the document URL from. Click on the thumbnail of the document or press **fullscreen** (found under the three dots in the upper right corner).*

​*Make sure the document opens up in a new window before continuing.   
​  
​**2. Click on Participants**  
​Click on the participant (recipient) you want to collect the document URL from.   
​  
​**3. Click on "Copy document link"***

4\. Insert the link inside an email message  
Now insert this link into a private email message and send it.   
​*Note that every participant has their own unique link. So make sure to send it to only one participant and the correct one.*

 

#### This is a useful feature when: a) You wish to send a reminder with a more personal touch b) A recipient claim they haven't received your first email
