Set the status of your contract cards
You can mark a contract as Active or Inactive depending on its current status.
- Active: The contract is valid now (or marked as Upcoming if the start date is in the future).
- Inactive: The contract has expired or hasn’t started.
In the list view, a blue clipboard icon means active, and grey means inactive. The green ring shows how far along the contract is.
To change the status:
Click the status text in the top-right corner of the contract card (just below the settings icon) and select Active or Inactive.
This helps you quickly organize and identify which contracts are in effect.
